Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, Janeva Zentz is
an actress/artist living in New York City. Since her undergraduate years of study in the fine arts school at The Cooper Union in 2007, she has been creating multi-media installations
and videos designed to engage the audience. She played the central character in the film “La Voz de los Silenciados” (www.lavozdelos.com).
The film has screened at The Anthology Film Archives, NY and international film festivals in Mexico, Costa Rica, and China. She has participated in performances at Machine Project, Los Angeles; Dactyl Gallery, New York; and the New Museum, New York. Most recently her work was exhibited at the Corridor Gallery in Brooklyn.
